Terms of Service for Genesis
By accessing or using the Genesis sites, services, and servers, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not access or use the Genesis sites, services, and servers.
Eligibility

Genesis will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Genesis sites, services, and servers or any of its features or services.
Termination
Genesis reserves the right to terminate your access to the Genesis sites, services, and servers at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content or data associated with it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Genesis sites, services, and servers are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Genesis makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Genesis sites, services, and servers or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Genesis sites, services, and servers. Genesis will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Genesis sites, services, and servers, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Genesis and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Genesis sites, services, and servers, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis with respect to the Genesis sites, services, and servers and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Genesis.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of Genesis to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
These Terms and your rights and obligations hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by Genesis without restriction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Genesis and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The rights of the parties to terminate, rescind, or agree to any amendment, waiver, variation, or settlement under or relating to these Terms are not subject to the consent of any third party.
